Project Description:
Gradiant required Access Petrotec to complete the Supply, Manufacture, Hydrotesting, packing and transportation of RO Skids A, RO Skid B and RO Connecting Spools for Rio Tinto Paraburdoo.
Project Deliverables:
1 Fabrication of Pipe Spools and Supports for RO Skids A and B
- Fabrication of Pipe spools and supports in compliance to Rio Tinto RTIO-SS-C111 and RTIOSS-M198 specifications.
- NDT – 10% RT on pipework as per AS3992 and 100% PT on Lifting Lugs as per AS 1554.5
2 Hydrotest of Pipe Spools for RO Skids A and B
- Hydrotest of pipe spools for RO skids A and B at a set Pressure of 1930 kPa for a duration of 4 hours in compliance to Rio Tinto specification RTIO-SS-M198.
3 Final Assembly of RO Skids A and B
- Assembly of pipe spools, pumps, valves, pressure transmitters, flow transmitters, Grating, HDPE Underlay and RO Vessel Containers.
