Project Description:

Access Petrotec and Mining Solutions was responsible for the supply of ancillary materials and equipment for the M6 Stage 1 Water Treatment Plant under CGU. The scope included procurement and delivery of electrical items, construction materials, and piping components such as valves, PVC pipes, etc. The focus was on maintaining strict adherence to Australian Standards such as AS/NZS 2053, AS 2129, AS/NZS 3000, ASME B16.34 and ensuring seamless integration into the overall project timeline.

Project Deliverables:

• Supply of electrical materials, including cables, conduits, cable trays, junction boxes, isolators, and GPOs for site-wide installation.
• Procurement and delivery of valves, pipe fittings, and supports, covering PVC, HDPE, and duplex piping systems.
• Provision of construction materials such as grouting compounds, anchor bolts, fasteners, and gaskets for mechanical and piping installations.
• Quality assurance through Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and material compliance certifications.
• Coordination of procurement and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and seamless integration with project milestones.
