Project Description:
ABB required Access Petrotec to complete the design of pipes between chillers and water cooled VSD drives.
Project Deliverables:
1Detailed Engineering Design
- Design, engineering and 3D modelling of piping between switch room VSDs and chiller including piping, valves, fittings, flanges, bolting and gaskets in accordance with FMG specification 100-SP-PI-0001
- Design pipe supports for pipework underneath the switch rooms
- Design pipe supports for pipework between switch rooms and chiller
- Design of drainage pipe from VSDs to IBC, Positioning of one IBC under each switch room
- Engineering calculation in accordance with AS/NZ guaranteeing safety, functionality, reliability, maintainability of the chiller piping systems.
2Fabrication and Supply of Equipment
Fabrication of piping spools in compliance to AS4041, AS1554.1, AS/NZS 3992, supply of specialised valves, IBC (International Bulk Container), specialised hoses, Instrumentation, Pipe Insulation Materials and Fasteners/Gaskets.
