Frequently Asked Questions

Compression fittings use a single or double ferrule compressed against the tube by a nut to create a seal, while twin ferrule fittings use a front and back ferrule for a more consistent, vibration-resistant seal at high pressure. We supply both, along with push-fit options, in sizes from 1/8″ to 1″ and pressure ratings up to 10,000 PSI.

Our needle valves are rated up to 10,000 PSI, available in inline or angle-pattern configurations, SS316 or duplex stainless steel construction, with PTFE or graphite packing for fine flow adjustment and leak-tight isolation in pressure instrumentation and sampling systems.

Yes. IECEx-certified solenoid valve options are available for use in explosive atmospheres, in addition to standard 2-way, 3-way, normally open and normally closed configurations rated to 40 bar with NBR, EPDM, Viton or PTFE seals.

Instrument air regulators are built for high-precision, stable pressure control (vacuum to 12 bar) feeding instrumentation and control systems, whereas general-purpose air regulators handle broader compressed air management up to 16 bar for pneumatic and automation equipment across a plant.

Our valves, regulators and tube fittings are available in SS316, duplex stainless steel, brass, aluminium and engineering polymer, selected to suit process medium, pressure, temperature and corrosion resistance requirements across mining, LNG and chemical processing applications.

Instrument tube fittings operate from -60°C to +400°C, while needle valves operate from -60°C to +240°C, covering cryogenic through to high-temperature process applications, depending on the model and packing material selected.

Our products are designed to comply with relevant international standards including ISO 8434, ASME B16.34, API 602/598, ISO 5208, ISO 1219, PED 2014/68/EU and ASME B31.3, along with ATEX/IECEx hazardous area certification where applicable – see the Compliance Standards listed under each product above.
